On [REDACTED] around mid[REDACTED] the employee was doing prep work inside a stick. When the employee was finished he removed the welding hood which had built up metal dust on it. This caused dust to fall into his eye causing irritation. On [REDACTED] the employee went to the doctor to get the metal removed from his eye.
