Ongoing water leak from pipe across the floor in front of lockers creating puddles across floor. [REDACTED] was walking too fast and was walking around the wet floor sign. [REDACTED] fell in the puddle of water. Her right knee was red. Ongoing efforts by maintenance to keep water at bay. [REDACTED] said she wasn 't in pain. [REDACTED] began to complain of pain on [REDACTED] and was taken to Urgent Care. Doctor wrapped her knee and RX for a Medrol Pack and ordered an X-ray be completed on [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] Staff took [REDACTED] to Occupational Services. Her knee was X-rayed then. The provider said the X-rays showed no fracture discontinued Medrol Pack and ACE bandage wrap. [REDACTED] was told no further treatment was needed and she could resume normal activities.
