In order to prevent client from falling [REDACTED] stepped in front of client and twisted her left knee. Staff reports her knee was swollen with pain but the swelling has gone down. Pain still persists. [REDACTED] ordered on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] report from [REDACTED] indicates transfer of care to Consultant. [REDACTED] of left knee indicates 1) Medical meniscus tear 2) Near full-thickness chondral loss 3) Patellofemoral chondrosis and 4) Lateral femorotibial compartment chondrosis
