[REDACTED] is a client who works in Stone belt 's sheltered workshop. [REDACTED] was walking up the ramp to go to the bus area. She tripped over her feet and hit her head on the floor. She hit her head adn her galsses cut her forehead above her right eye. The size of the cut wasn 't able to be determined at the time due to amount of blood. [REDACTED] had told staff and paramedics she felt dizzy before the fall. [REDACTED] was given aid by paramedics and transported to IUH Hospital.
