[REDACTED] was working in the workshop and it was break time. He was called for breaktime and stood up too fast. This cause Client to faint. He fell backward and hit his head on the ground. He was attended to by supervisor. While attempting to check Client 's head Client lost consciousness. [REDACTED] was called and [REDACTED] was transported to the hospital. After being checked on and having tests ran it was determinted that there was no seizure. He was released and went home. Diagnosis - fainting.
