While on-site at a customer 's location the technician walked to his work van to retrieve his impact wrench.

As he made his way to the vehicle he suddenly felt lightheaded. Attempting to steady himself he sat inside the van and took a sip of water. The next thing he remembers is waking up on the ground beside his van.

He had lost consciousness fallen and sustained a head laceration.

Following an evaluation by a medical professional it was determined that he was dehydrated. The head laceration he sustained required staples for closure.
