The operator was inspecting glass on [REDACTED] 619 Silkscreen

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Vitro [REDACTED] Operator was preforming the routine work of inspecting glass on [REDACTED]. After inspecting the glass the operator turned the inspection conveyor on to advance the glass to the syncro conveyor. As the glass was advancing the operator noticed a paint bleed. The operator pulled the glass off the syncro conveyor and it broke in their hands. Due to not wearing proper PPE a piece of glass lacerated the bottom of the operator 's left index finger. The operator was sent to Avita ER medical care was received and the operator returned to their normal job task.
