What happened
The employee was trimming rubber flash from finished Standard Car parts (part #SC6367) in the Large Injection area. Removing the rubber flashing requires the use of cutters side snips and pulling the rubber flashing from the finished part. The employee stated that he had been performing the same task for several weeks at a time which caused him to feel pain in the area of his left elbow due to the repetitive motions.
