What happened
The employee was using a walk behind straddle stacker to remove a roll of material off of the bottom shelf of the Flashcut Material Rack C. While the roll was loaded onto the straddle stacker and pulled back the employee attempted to manually pull the adjacent roll of material on the rack to inspect the label. As the employee pulled the adjacent roll on the rack he pinched the tip of his left ring finger between the roll he was pulling and the roll that was loaded on the straddle stacker.
