What happened
[at fault] Recordable Employee Tractor #2445 Trailers 2061 & [REDACTED] Spent Sand Remove @ [REDACTED] Job 530281 While driving Employee drove across centerline and into the ditch on the opposite side of [REDACTED]32 which rolled the tractor and lead trailer spilling contaminated soil. Emergency services were contacted. Employee was taken via ambulance to Otsego Memorial Hospital for evaluation treatment. Otsego Lake Towing was contacted for up-righting the rolled tractor trailer. Ins. Job 559755. The accident was investigated by the Antrim Co. Sheriff 's Office. Report #2025-000981
