Assisting in plug gauging a full length tube
What happened
A plug gauge was put in one end of the tube and blown through with air. This is not standard practice and should of not been performed. The injured person had placed their hand on the other end of the tube to catch the plug not realizing the force the plug would have. The plug gage hit a finger on his left hand and the cut required stitches.
