Lifting scrap bin

A mill op was assisting another op to dump their scrap into the larger scrap bins. they lifted the red rolling scrap bin up and dumped it into the bin then after lowering the scrap bin down a little they went to dump what was left inside and while raising the individual had their hand on one of the wheels of the bin and it shifted and he felt something pop in his hand. He was in pain so the supervisor took him to the emergency room where x-rays showed he had a fractured hand and told him to follow up with an orthopedic. Placed in a splint until appointment.
