Employee was picking up an empty package table in [REDACTED] with a straddle stacker. He was backing up but due to the excessive number of tables to be picked up there was not enough room to pull the empty table out causing him to back into one of the full tables. He then fell backwards and the straddle stacker rolled onto his foot and hit his shin.
