What happened
Employee was changing a press roller out and the press roller got stuck on the end of the shaft [REDACTED] was lifting it up and pulled on it and when it came off his hand came down with the weight of the press roller and hit the head. That is when he got cut on the hand between his thumb and pointing finger on the back of the hand he did have on his cut resistant gloves but is cut right threw them.
