EE had finished hand cutting a piece of vinyl and turn to walk and place the piece of cut vinyl on a table when she tripped over a core from a vinyl roll. EE fell to the floor and broke one of her front teeth and also experienced neck pains from the fall. EE was taken to the plant nurse and later sent to an urgent care facility for further treatment.
