What happened
Was on a chair at my computer went to step down of the high chair when the seat swung around and slipped out from under me twisting my back. I felt a sharp pain and had a muscle spasm that lasted for 2-minutes. I put heat on my back for the rest of my shift. My back feels like I pulled it. I can 't turn bend or move without having a lot of pain. Manager was made aware during my employee eval right after incident. Nothing was done after the conversation other than me putting hot packs on my back.
