What happened
Employee was grabbing the POC while other nurses and PCTs did a 4-point restraint. Employee had placed the trash on the counter to the left of the patient. After grabbing the blood employee turned around to grab the trash and a taser probe was placed on the counter at the edge the prong facing up. Not having seen it it stabbed employee in left wrist when employee went to grab the trash.
