Normal Job Duties

There was a jam-up of dough balls in the sheeter for Roll Line #2 where the dough balls drop into the pans. The employee used a pair of vise grips to remove the guard from the sheeter rollers and then tried to scrape the rollers while they were running to remove stuck-on dough. Their hand was pulled into the sheeters and another employee shut the machine off when they heard them yell. Their hand was stuck so they had to adjust the gap between the rollers to remove their hand.
