Before the incident
right before [REDACTED] I had a really bad back spasm that led to my going out I needed to go to the hospital as I could not move stand walk or sit. I reported this to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I return to my position from.... I return after 5 months to being on hide grader position which is what I am titled for driving the time away. I have been seeking medical help for my back. I came back to work and they took my stool away I sit on. I have had this position for over 1 year and a half and have always had the chair in this position. I came back to work and the chair was gone.
