Pulling a spindle out of the cardboard core.

Upon investigation it was determined that the operator had been completing the task of removing the spindle from the cardboard core and walking backwards towards the machine to place the spindle back on. In doing this the employee went to turn tripping over their own feet causing the fall into the cradle of the machine.

Operator running offline antifog machine was pulling a spindle out of cardboard core when they slipped and fell into side of machine. Impact to their rib area caused enough discomfort to seek treatment from medical professional.
