What happened
At the time of the incident the employee was standing on the stacker cart of the blanking line attempting to manipulate a stack of blanks. The employee’s right leg was planted on a piece of stock resting on the bed of the stacker cart. When the employee exerted force on the stack of blanks the stock shifted resulting the employee twisting straining the right knee.
