On [REDACTED] an employee reported having pain in her wrist to her supervisor. This information was escalated to EHS and the injury was investigated. The wrist appeared red and slightly inflamed. The employee stated that the injury progressed throughout the day as she was offloading parts at the end-of-line of transfer press 1. The employee was offered medical attention but declined. On [REDACTED] the employee’s supervisor contacted EHS stating the employee’s wrist was still causing pain discomfort and the employee was using the wrist to justify running the press and not offloading. Upon further investigation the employee accepted the offer to seek professional diagnosis. The physician diagnosed the injury as inflammation of the ligaments and recommended 2 days of restricted duty.
