Before the incident
The employee was located at the bend of the line at the bun pan o mat she was fixing the hot dog buns on the line and the pan she got turned the wrong way while she was fixing the pan so she was holding the pans back with her other hand and they started getting backed and she tried to move the pan behind the one that she was holding on too and she said that the pan popped up and smashed her left thumb between the two pans. Due to the pans still coming she said that she yelled for help but then got it under control. She said that this happened around [REDACTED] and she didn’t report it to me until [REDACTED].
