Before the incident
I was cleaning [REDACTED] in the [REDACTED]. I was wearing gloves and throwing away trash that was left out in the anesthesia area to prepare the area to be wiped down and prepared for the next anesthesia case.
What happened
As I picked up what looked like a piece of beige tape or a round sticker to throw it away I felt a needle stab my finger. I examined the sticker closer and saw that there was a needle attached to the middle of the sticker.
