Unloading Cons from a pallet.
What happened
[REDACTED] was unloading CONs from a pallet in the warehouse. She stepped on the pallet which was covered by corrugated cardboard and when enough weight was applied her foot broke through the cardboard. When this happened her foot went through the slats on the skid and caused her to lose balance. She then fell on her left side. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were first to respond. Once she was up and foot freed she came to inform myself and showed me where it happened. We then called Medcore for further assistance.
