Before the incident
Employee was performing normal job duties when he started to get hot and threw up in the trash can he said he put his head down and raised up to walk to the bag dump and got dizzy he described a feeling of no energy and his face and skin color had a clammy look to it real pale. After taking a moment in the mens restroom to clean up the employee returned to their work station where they still felt week so the employee stepped into the walk in cooler nearby to cool off. A co worker saw the supervisor making their round and notified them at the moment employee stepped into walk in cooler. Supervisor took employee to break room to rest hydrate. After resting and hydrating the employee still felt weak so supervisor moved employee to office and further treated with ice packs.
