THIS CAUSED TWO TRAYS TO RAKE OFF AND FALL APPROXIMATELY 2FT STRIKING THE EMPLOYEE ON THEIR UPPER LEFT SHOULDER BLADE. THIS RESULTED IN A MILD CONTUSION AND SORENESS.
