Before the incident
Employee was leaving the building and waiting for his uber ride. He went out the exit door on the side of the building and was on his phone watching for the uber. Once he noticed the uber car entered the parking lot he proceeded down the stairs while walking down the stairs he failed to maintain 3 points of contact while putting his phone in his pocket. He then missed a step and fell spraining his left ankle and foot. He fell approximately 6-12 inches (two steps) from the bottom.
