Employee states he was lifting a sugar bag and felt some pain in his Left Shoulder at the start of his shift on [REDACTED]. Employee went to supervisor and described what he was feeling. Employee was unsure if it occurred before coming to work or while at work and sent him home to rest. The next day [REDACTED] the employee again lifted a bag no more than chest high and felt pain. Employee did not hit anything he was just feeling pain when lifting the bag. Employee went to supervisor supervisors office again and supervisor completed an incident report with employee and two supervisors in the office and then called the ESS Manager. On [REDACTED] employee came and discussed the incident and employee insisted the pain in his shoulder happened here at work while lifting the sugar bags. Employee wanted to go get his shoulder checked out and went to Concentra.
