What happened

while attending mandatory advanced CPI training and participating in the class I was playing the role of the patient and was held down by my classmates while I resisted. after the class I could tell that I was sore. the fallowing day I was sure I had a pinched nerve in my back. I continued to work and resting after work and on my days off as well as attempting to address the issue in PT for which I 'm enrolled in for a similar but different reason. unfortunately not seeing any improvement my symptoms became worse. culminating in me going to my health care provider who prescribed medication and set me up with a chiropractor. as well as telling me to take time off from work. as of now my sleep is terrible and has been for over 2 weeks I have near constant stabbing and burning pain in my left side upper back neck shoulder and arm as well as tightness and pain in my left chest. I have returned back to work but it my performance is suffering because of the continued pain.
