Team Member was holding an electrical harness in his left and was using scissors to cut the harness with his right hand. The Team Member was cutting towards his left palm. The Team Member stated that he was wearing his cut resistant gloves but the cuffs on the glove were rolled up and the scissors went under the cut gloves lacerating his left palm. Glue was used to close the laceration.
