What happened
TM was bending over to pick up a [REDACTED] lap door to put it on a cart and heard a pop in his back. He talked to our ERT member who instructed him to sit down and see the nurse when he came in. [REDACTED] notified me about 20 minutes after the incident that his level of pain wasn 't getting better. He wanted to be seen offsite so we took him to Theda care urgent care.
