What happened
On [REDACTED] a team member (TM) reported they were experiencing lower back pain which they believe originated on [REDACTED]. The TM was performing sub-assembly tasks involving lap doors. These tasks required motions to reorient the doors such as lifting lowering flipping and turning. The weight of each lap door vary significantly based on size and materials used. The TM was temporarily assigned from Department 44 to assist operations in Department 19. There was no specific acute incident reported; rather the discomfort developed progressively over the course of their work. The condition worsened to the point where the TM sought chiropractic treatment.
