What happened
Team member was having issues with installing weather strip and when there was difficulty she grabbed the wrong tool (Snips) to try to pull the weatherstrip into the channel and the tool slipped off the weatherstripping and one side of the snips rubbed down her arm slicing it open 1-2 long. The current process of installing bulb weatherstripping is very challenging and needs a tool to aid in installation.
