slipped inside trailer

[REDACTED] was checking new product in a trailer on site at Marriot in [REDACTED]. We were assisting by verifying product delivered is accurate quantities. Incident happened on [REDACTED] when he fell inside the trailer on his elbow. It hurt but he could move it and didn 't think too much into the injury. he did ice it later in the day but was able to move it with no issues. On [REDACTED] after he still noticed pain in his elbow and went to the emergency room on [REDACTED]. Then the hospital set him an appointment for the orthopedic office. They took x-rays and found a fracture. This is the point at which he advised me of his injury. I let him know he needed to go to our approved urgent care to get checked out. From there he did and they set him up a follow up with an orthopedic office for [REDACTED].
