At approximately [REDACTED] TM was pulling a loading cart down F [REDACTED] turning toward E [REDACTED]. While making the turn he rolled up on the back of his right foot with the loading cart. This particular loading cart features a hitch for use with the tugger. TM believes the hitch is what hit his leg. Video has been archived. It appears that TM 's foot was too close to the cart tongue and the cart rolled up on him. [REDACTED] the PT had sent Him for an X-ray pending the results.
