working station [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] tailgates

[REDACTED] was working station 40 on tailgates when he gathered supplies and headed back to his station. [REDACTED] tripped on the floor mats and struck his forehead on the work table in his station. When [REDACTED] fell he dropped the supplies to the floor which caused a commotion which drew attention to his fall. [REDACTED] had a sizable gash on his forehead with a smaller cut just below it. [REDACTED] immediately began bleeding and his teammates called for medical attention. PCL [REDACTED] and PCL [REDACTED] responded first along with first aid responder [REDACTED]. PCL [REDACTED] called for Safety coordinator [REDACTED] while PCL [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] applied first aide. Once [REDACTED] was on site [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] lead the first aide bringing [REDACTED] into the break room to get him set to travel while PCL [REDACTED] lead the clean up on the tailgate line.
