The EE quickly left the nurses stations to assist and found the pt has scooted all the way down in bed trying to climb out of bed. The EE called for help the EE and co-worker boosted the pt in bed together. There was no sling available and it was an emergency to maintain pt safety. EE felt the strain and pain immediately pain with walking bending and sitting
