What happened
Operator reported that he has shoulder soreness while working on the cores at finishing. Operator mentioned that he had to continuous move the lamp to position it where he can see. Operator believes the pain is from the static position he often has to hold his hands in to see the parts when cleaning. We had put a ticket for maintenance to change the position on all the lamps and they did on [REDACTED]. Operator went to urgent care on [REDACTED] because of the discomfort.
