Cleaning Outside of Sandblast Cabinet

On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] a Finishing employee was cleaning the sandblast unit with the air gun by blowing away the dust. Once finished he placed the air gun in a track running just underneath the cabinet door. When the employee attempted to close the door it activated the airhose nozzle which hit the sandblast media creating a cloud of dust that got into the employee 's eyes. The employee immediately rinsed with eyewash solution. Additionally he used OTC eye drops.
