picking an order of tables for the Grounds team. She was placing the tables on a pallet on her forklift from the floor bin.
What happened
finishing stacking the tables onto the pallet she felt a sharp pain in her shoulder which she stated the pain was felt also in her neck and lower back. She drove her forklift over to the floor manager 's office and reported the injury.
