Before the incident
associate was assisting two of her direct associates in moving a fridge onto a pallet.
What happened
The associate and her two direct reports were in the process of taking one fridge which was stacked on top of another fridge off of the top and onto its own pallet. As they were positioning the top fridge to stack it down one of them lost their grip which cause the fridge to slide forward and strike her glasses which hit the bridge of her nose and caused a cut approximatly half an inch.
