Associate was assisting a fellow team member in moving hand trucks from the floor bin and onto a pallet.

Associate believes he may have strained his back due to the location of the hand trucks in the floor bin and improper lifting. After moving the hand trucks from the floor bin onto a pallet he went onto assist with unloading a container then moved onto loading a trailer Injury was caused in part due to improper lifting of the hand trucks and not reporting it to the manager before he went onto complete two more job functions which caused more strain on his back.
