What happened
As the associate pulled up to the next pallet to be loaded another associate pulled out of an pallet rack aisle behind her and as she turned the pallet full of boxes tipped over causing several boxes to hit the injured associate on the head neck and left shoulder. The injured associate was seen at Concentra the same day to get checked out but no injuries were found. [REDACTED] the injured associate stated she had problems turning her neck and felt pain in her shoulder and back.
