On [REDACTED] an employee in the hot end was kneeled down to add angle to a top roll machine and pulled it towards themselves The person felt a pop in their shoulder and initially thought it was very minor They tried self care with ibuprofen ice and first aid from the on site PT The injury hurt worse the second day and did not improve significantly with self care The employee worked within their comfort while performing normal job duties and continuing self care until the [REDACTED] when several coolers were pulled in quick succession The employee aggravated the initial discomfort and after this felt increasing weakness in the affected right arm The employee requested assistance getting care beyond first aid and supervision and safety worked together to have them seen by a quality provider the same day [REDACTED] The employee was released to light duty and returned to work as a tin bath operator after their appointment
