On [REDACTED] a maintenance employee was climbing ladders into the headhouse to repair a sand seal on the swing chute When he got to the top of the ladder where the supervisor was standing he felt a pop in his elbowforearm followed by immediate swelling and bruising The supervisor contacted safety and the employee transported themselves to a local ER The employee reported no issues climbing the ladder or other difficulties prior to the pop and swelling
