On [REDACTED] a summer helper was reaching into the [REDACTED] to retrieve their water bottle and hit their head on the roll cage when they were backing out She was advised to see the physical therapist They saw the physical therapist on [REDACTED] They reported that they have hit their head multiple times getting in and out but this last time caused them to have a terrible headache and starry vision that did not resolve in the following 3 days After seeing the PT they recommended that she should be seen due to symptoms and mechanism of injury Safety took her to urgent care where she was given light duty and a prescription
