While he was standing on a step stool a pallet shifted causing him to fall off the stool landing on his left knee. He immediately notified his supervisor [REDACTED] who then notified me. [REDACTED] was taken to the first-aid room by wheelchair and first-aid was provided. [REDACTED] was contacted and sent [REDACTED] to be evaluated by a doctor. [REDACTED] was advised to return with his doctor 's notes.
