Around [REDACTED] hours a team member was attempting to secure a machine door by re-inserting the top left screw after fixing an air line. [REDACTED] attempted to step up onto the edge of the core hopper with his right foot when he missed his footing and his right leg made contact with the edge of the core hopper. The edge is rounded however the force of the impact resulted in a laceration of around 6-8in length.
