moving boxes while picking

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate with a hire date of [REDACTED] working in bulk reported an injury due to overexerting a shoulder while in the picking process. ;;The associate states that while working in aisle 22 and while they were picking in the [REDACTED] area. While picking a location has boxes on top of boxes that they needed. So they moved the boxes over and they experienced a tight strain. They stretched and as they went on to put the boxes back after they grabbed what was needed they felt a very painful pop in their lower shoulder area. To describe the pain it feels like they have something lodged in their left rib cage making it difficult to take a deep breath and their shoulder has a sensation that it needs to pop. Stretching hurts as of now its a tight low mobility pain that burns. The associates states that the pain at the time was a 9 out of 10.
